Fujanera is an estate with a manor farm built in 18th century only a few kilometers far from Foggia. We are located in middle of the "Tavoliere delle Puglie" a wide plain in the north of the region. Not far from the sea and the wonderful rocky "gargano" on the Adriatic sea. The manor farm was built to produce wine and it is formed by many other buildings but the biggest is the refine wine cellar. The underground cellar is 8 meters deep has star valves and tufo blocks together with a traditional stone walls of this area which maintain a constant temperature and humidity. After been abandoned for so long it has been restored in order to be used as in the past. The opposite building still has its original ceiling made of wooden beams, the place was used to twist bunches of grapes, next to this there is a small stable with stone feeding troughs and the farmer's house. The whole is completed by an oven which was used to bake bread and Smudging and storing food. The house tutelary is a stone statue of Saint Michel on the house wall. The guardian of the eight hectares of vineyards and oliveyards which surround Fujanera Estate.
